They restored their Edwardian house to its former glory and are now looking for a country house, ripe for refurbishment and renovation. Catherine Gee has a budget of £360,000 to find it.

Simon and Sam Clough have just had their first child and woken up to the fact that most of their friends have moved out of London. In a bid to follow them, they're looking for a detached family house in Hampshire, with a budget of up to £700,000.
