Escaping Polygamy - Season 2

When Jessica and Andrea left The Order they thought they would never see their family again, but when Jessica receives a frantic call in the middle of the night from their little sister Jennifer, the sisters rush to her aid. Jennifer is being forced to marry someone she doesn't love and wants out. Everyone must act quickly to get Jennifer out of town before The Order figures out yet another Kingston daughter is leaving, but a last minute stop at The Order bank leads to a dramatic confrontation with its members over their corrupt financial system.

Jessica and Kollene must head into unfamiliar territory when they receive word that two sisters, Ariel and Vanna, want to escape the infamous FLDS polygamist cult headquartered in Colorado City and led by Warren Jeffs, at the border of Utah and Arizona. Leaving this secretive and closely watched society turns dangerous when the Bishop's office quickly catches on to their plan.

Rachel Jeffs, daughter of notorious FLDS prophet Warren Jeffs, reaches out to Jessica and Amanda for their help in finding and rescuing her sister from a remote, hidden South Dakota compound meant to conceal the leader's immediate family. In a dangerous and almost impossible mission, the girls help Rachel infiltrate the never-before-seen land to try to get her to her sister.

Refusing to give up on her quest to rescue her beloved sister Teresa from a secluded FLDS compound in South Dakota, Rachel Jeffs asks Jessica, Amanda and a security task force to help her yet again try and find her sister and get her away from the cult. Time starts running out when a massive snowstorm hits the area and the girls realize the compound's watchtower might have spotted them.

Amanda's younger brother, Eskel, wants to leave The Order because he refuses to live a polygamist lifestyle. Amanda enlists her sister Rachel to help their brother in order to keep a low profile and avoid suspicion, but their mother figures out the plan and confronts him with an emotional plea to stay.

Andrea and Shanell get a tip that Lizzy, a young mother still inside the FLDS polygamous cult, is in an abusive situation and needs help. The girls track Lizzy down, but Lizzy won't leave without her daughter, who was taken and hidden from her by members of the church. Ultimately, the girls are faced with the harsh reality of what brainwashing can do to a family, when the escape takes a dramatic and emotionally charged turn.

Amanda's mother, Lorie, can no longer stay trapped in The Order--a group that forces its mothers to completely cut ties with their children who have left. But getting the wife of an influential Order man out is certainly a challenge as her home is surrounded by Order members tasked to keep watch over her day and night.

Two of Jessica and Shanell's siblings are being lured back to The Order by their father, Daniel.

A former Order member reaches out to Jessica and Kollene fearing that the life of her elderly father, Fred Kingston, is in danger under The Order's watch.

"The Insider" sends the sisters a tip that federal agents are targeting The Order in a raid on their businesses, and later sends a desperate plea for help when they suspect leaders have figured out their identity.
