Based on his excellent academic record, a poor fisherwoman dreams of her son becoming a government officer one day. DSP Maramalli is transferred to Thykara police station a week ahead of the highly competitive RPSE exams. Jhansi pulls off a high-risk stunt, leaving Maramalli helpless. A nervous Jhansi takes over as DSP. Can Jhansi's deception hold against the truth?

Reeling from the loss of his mother, the fisherwoman's son becomes disillusioned after a wealthy woman reveals how her son became a coveted government officer. In Thykara, Jhansi, guided by her mentor Jayachandran, starts investigating RPSE training institutions. Maramalli continues to fight a silent battle. Jhansi's mask is at risk when uninvited guests show up at the police station.

With his hopes crushed, yet his mind sharp as ever, the fisherwoman's son seeks Shanti Amma's help to land a new job. Jhansi convinces Maramalli's mother that Maramalli is on a covert undercover operation and must not be disturbed. Jhansi resorts to aggression to further unearth the scam. Maramalli gets crafty and makes a smart attempt to escape. Is it the endgame for Jhansi's deception?
