Determined to escape a dead-end life, a gifted high school student turns to a world of serious crime to ensure he can pay for college.

Ji Soo panics when the phone he uses to run the business falls into the hands of an unknown blackmailer. Seo Min Hee tries to get back to work.

Episode 3
Ji Soo searches for his father while pushing away Bae Gyu Ri, who wants in on the operation and offers a solution to his new financial problems.

Episode 4
The business is running again, but Ji Soo no longer has a safe place to keep his incoming cash. Meanwhile, the school bully finds his latest target.

Episode 5
An incident at school puts Gyu Ri in a tense exchange with her mother. Kwak Ki Tae's reaction to his birthday present frustrates Min Hee.

Episode 6
After Min Hee attracts the interest of an observant police officer, she's dismissed from her job. Upset, she asks Ji Soo to accompany her somewhere.

Episode 7
Stuck in a dicey encounter, Ji Soo calls Gyu Ri, hoping she can help get him out — but balks when she takes things in an unthinkable direction.

Episode 8
Gyu Ri prepares to meet Ryu Dae Yul, who's got shocking news for Ji Soo. Mr. Lee makes a narrow escape from the police at the hospital.

Episode 9
When Gyu Ri is kidnapped, Ji Soo is told to come alone if he wants to save her. Mr. Lee and Ki Tae each set out for Dae Yul's blood.

Episode 10
Gyu Ri tells Ji Soo she's not done with the business, despite everything that's happened. The case's remaining questions bother Lee Hae Kyung.

The Rookie
