In London, husband and wife team Ivan and Harika Le Jeune battle with their biggest build to date, a four-foot replica of Big Ben, made from nearly 50 kilos of chocolate and featuring 60 mini Big Bens. And in Cornwall, chocolatier Nicky Grant makes a giant welcome sign for a prestigious wedding industry event. Her statement piece will be a whopping two and a half feet tall and three feet wide, adorned with edible chocolate flowers, realistic pears and hand carved antlers.
