Carolyn, a mum of two, has battled all her life with a restrictive diet of mainly chips. Fruit, meat and fish bring her out in a cold sweat, but as a result, she's lacking the essential nutrients her body needs, resulting in a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis. At just 39, she's already showing worrying signs of numbness in her legs and feet and she's terrified of not being around long enough to see her two children grow up.
