After two decades on the job, Peggy, a 48-year-old crime scene investigation detective from Colorado, wants to look 20 years younger at her upcoming work anniversary party. She is transformed from looking dead tired to drop dead gorgeous. Peggy had a pre-hairline brow lift, face and neck lift, fat injections in the face, upper and lower eye lift, Lasik surgery, chin and jowl implants, as well as 20 porcelain veneers. Jennifer, a 25-year-old single mother from Newtown, Pennsylvania, wanted to have an extreme makeover to erase the years of tears and embarrassment about her nose and scarred face. All her life she has worried about her ""ugly"" looks. Well, her stunning new looks could stop traffic. Jennifer had rhinoplasty, an upper eye lift, correction of the upper right eye, fat injections in the lip and extensive dental work, including 6 upper porcelain veneers, 7 root canals, 7 crowns, cosmetic gum surgery, 12 fillings and Zoom whitening.
