After meeting and falling in love at a weight loss support group, Michael and Susan decided to apply for an ""Extreme Makeover"" together after each losing 100 pounds on their own. Much to Susan's surprise, Michael proposed marriage after they were chosen, preparing to undergo their procedures. The second surprise came when the couple was granted an all expense paid fairy tale wedding and honeymoon at Walt Disney World's Grand Floridian resort. The third surprise and twist — they would be separated for 8 weeks while they underwent their plastic surgeries and would see each other transformed for the first time on their wedding day. It is the ultimate unveiling!
