We followed the journeys of Melissa, a 28-year-old waitress from Sacramento, CA, who was preparing to stun her friends at her 10-year high school reunion, and David, a 38-year-old member of the National Guard from Farmville, VA, who felt that his looks prevented him from being promoted to a recruiting officer. To improve her look, Melissa had a nose job, ears pinned, breast implants, brow lift, tummy tuck, Lasik surgery and teeth whitened and straightened. David's procedure included a nose job, brow lift, upper and lower eye lifts, chin augmentation, neck lift, teeth whitened and porcelain veneers.
