A resident of Hockley, Texas, John is a computer whiz and VP/co-founder of Video Game Design. He is a self-described nerd who feels that his looks have prevented him from gaining the respect of his peers, and he wants an extreme makeover in order to look like a grown up professional. John had nose reshaping, Otoplasty (left ear pinned back), chin implant, Lasik eye surgery, fat injections to the face, Buccal fat pads excised, face and neck liposuction, zoom teeth whitening and bonding. Candace, a 29-year-old family support worker and mother of two from Lincoln, Nebraska, has been teased all her life about her looks. She's been called everything from Big Bird to the muppet character Beeker, and wants to be transformed to re-enter the job market. Candace had an upper eyelid lift, browlift, nose reshaping, bone contouring above the eyes, cheek implants, lower eyelid tightening, breast augmentation, liposuction on thighs and stomach and extensive dental work, including baby tooth extracted
