Episode 1
During the week-long intensive camp, the group undergo exposure therapy, where they are challenged to confront their greatest fears. The group are challenged physically and mentally as they grapple with the demands of camping in a remote environment while undergoing intensive therapy for their OCD.
First, the group meet each other for the first time in London and bond over their OCD life stories. On arrival in America, there's emotion and anger as the group are launched into their first exposure therapy sessions with the camp leaders.

Episode 2
In this episode, the group trek deep into the American forest; they have to camp out and cope without any of the amenities they're used to while all the while pushing themselves even further with exposure therapy. We see how the group work together to combat their OCD and then we follow them back to the UK to see how the experience has changed their lives.

The Paper
The Paper finds the same documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin Scranton searching for a new subject. They ultimately find it in an historic Toledo newspaper, The Truth Teller, and the eager publisher that's trying to revive it.
