Plus, IBM vice chairman Gary Cohn joins. As world leaders prepare to meet in New York this week for the United Nations General Assembly with the war in the Middle East at the top of the agenda, Israel warned Palestinians remaining in Gaza City to leave — although the transport can cost thousands. Seth Doane reports from Tel Aviv.
