Victoire, an ordinary mother, sees her life turned upside down when her foreman husband is hospitalized following an accident on one of his construction sites. She discovers that he has mortgaged the house and that they have nothing left. With her back to the wall, Victoire decides to use a talent that has been buried for a long time, by setting up, with the help of her brother Jérémie, a false papers business.

Victoire and Jérémie's small-time dealing has attracted the attention of real criminals. To protect themselves, they will have to fight back. But this increasingly lucrative activity puts them on the path of Edith, a particularly dangerous figure in the local underworld. At the same time, Sofiane discovers that he is being sued following the accident. Victoire can no longer back down.

Threatened by Edith, Victoire and Jérémie have no choice but to work for her, despite what happened to Zofia. Tensions rise for Victoire, who tries to save her husband from the hands of justice, while lying to her children who are beginning to suspect the truth. The mother is now forced to go further and further in her criminal activity.

Victoire and Jérémie are more than ever under the influence of Edith who, thanks to them, expands her criminal network. The increasingly complex requests and Sofiane's return home put Victoire under pressure. Intoxicated by the challenge, she struggles to manage this double life, and gradually loses her footing, under the helpless eyes of Jérémie, who senses the danger that awaits them.

Shaken by the murder she has just witnessed, Victoire realizes that she has gone too far. Now an accomplice of Edith, she is forced to create a false document on behalf of the Garcia brothers, two particularly dangerous gangsters. At the same time, Sofiane discovers the truth and decides to leave the house with the children.

Victoire now has no choice: if she wants to save her brother, protect her family, and pick up the pieces of her shattered life, she will have to be even more resourceful. But the threats are still numerous. Lurking in the shadows, Edith resurfaces. For Victoire, it is time to fight for her life.
