Duan Yu Cheng, an energetic young man who grew up in a fishing village on a small island in Fujian Province, dreams of becoming a high jumper. Luo Na is a talent hunter, an experienced assistant coach of the South Lake University athletics team.
In order to get more professional guidance and help, Duan Yu Cheng made every effort to enter the university where he trains Luo Na, and, becoming a member of Luo Na's team, began to realize his dream of high jumping. To realize a dream can be very tough-you can experience injuries, failures and loneliness that no one can understand, but it is also very sweet, because every grain of joy from improving the result can surpass the pain of the body and the doubts of others.
Under Luo's step-by-step guidance, Duan Yu Cheng's result improves, but the two also fall in love with each other.
