A loud and proud Italian family from New York takes on a Filipino-American family from Utah. The matriarch of the Cipriano family claims that she taught her son everything he knows, and he and his fiancee own an acclaimed pizza food truck on Long Island. The Gollahers are a young married couple who operate a food truck in Salt Lake City, with her Filipino mom as their chef. Host Valerie Bertinelli challenges the two teams to make a Mother's Day meal that represents Mom, an elevated childhood favorite and a fried family favorite, while judges Clinton Kelly, Courtney Rada and Jet Tila decide which team does Mom proud.

Virginia Beach Twins vs. Southern Soul Food Ladies
Wild identical twins and a father-in-law who own a waterfront Mediterranean restaurant in Virginia Beach, Va., take on the Georges, a trio of Southern soul food masters with a catering company in Alabama. Host Valerie Bertinelli challenges the two teams to make surf-and-turf dishes, craft a sweet and savory duo and think outside the bowl with their macaroni and cheese. Judges Clinton Kelly, Antonia Lofaso and Isaac Toups decide which team takes the top prize.

Cuban Restaurant Family vs. Cajun Seafood Family
The Santana family, backed by traditional Cuban recipes, takes on the Harris family of restaurateurs inspired by Grandpa's Cajun cooking. Both teams have parents ready for their children to step up at the family restaurants, but will the children be able to take the heat of the competition? Host Valerie Bertinelli challenges them to make their specialty rice dishes, sandwich duos and Sunday suppers. Judges Kardea Brown and the Voltaggio brothers, Bryan and Michael, decide which family conquers in the kitchen and brings home $10,000.

Siblings vs. Siblings Showdown
Sicilian-American siblings, the Lo Cocos, own multiple restaurants in Northern California, including an Italian restaurant opened by their father 50 years ago. The Son siblings are first-generation Korean-Americans who run three successful restaurants of their own. Host Valerie Bertinelli challenges the two teams to make taco night spreads, over-the-top stuffed masterpieces and noodle dishes, and judges Courtney Rada, Johnny Spero and Jet Tila decide which team comes out on top.

Military Food Truck Family vs. Tight-Knit Cousins
Cousins from a large Dominican family compete against a military mom and daughters whose Southern roots inspire their food truck menu. The three Espaillat cousins own 15 restaurants and proudly serve everything from Latin street food to their grandparents' traditional Dominican dishes. The Francois family runs a successful food truck that draws on their Alabama roots and military discipline. Host Valerie Bertinelli challenges the two teams to make hometown pork favorites, dishes for a kids' party and a cocktail party and a 20-minute weeknight dinner, and judges Daphne Oz, Isaac Toups and Bryan Voltaggio pick a winner.

"Kebab Twins" vs. Pacific Island Brothers
Self-proclaimed "Kebab Twins" Sadaf and Darya grew up in their parents' Persian restaurants and manage multiple locations across Los Angeles. The Moy brothers bring the unique flavors of their Pacific Island heritage to their thriving Portland food carts. Host Valerie Bertinelli challenges the two teams to make a rice dinner that represents their family, handheld sweet and savory eats and a protein swap dinner. Judges Christian Petroni, Jet Tila and Molly Yeh choose the winner.

Three Generations of Old-World Cooking vs. Spicy Sisters
Three generations of chefs inspired by Grandma's Old World recipes face off against a tight-knit family of young Mexican women with their own family recipes. The Steiner family has roots in French and Moroccan cuisine, with young executive chef Josh serving many of his grandmother's recipes at his own restaurant. Sisters Bianca and Irlanda, along with their cousin, Salma, grew up with traditional Mexican recipes passed down through generations, and now they run a catering business. Host Valerie Bertinelli challenges the teams to make brunches that represent their families, hearty meat and potatoes meals and their best guilty pleasure dishes, and judges Antonia Lofaso, Bricia Lopez and Johnny Spero decide which team blows them away.

Competitive Cooking Family vs. Korean-Jamaican Siblings
A family of competitive cooks who claim they can cook anything must put their money where their mouth is as they face off against a family that represents six different cultures between the three of them. The Holters are self-taught chefs who have taken the world of competitive cooking by storm, placing in the World Food Championships, Culinary Fight Club and countless barbecue competitions. The Mills brothers opened a restaurant fusing their Korean and Jamaican roots, and one brother's wife added her heritage of Honduran, Native American, Sicilian and African cuisine to the mix. Host Valerie Bertinelli challenges the teams to make a fusion dish that represents their family, a burger and side combo and a spicy guilty pleasure, while judges Kardea Brown and the Voltaggio brothers, Bryan and Michael, choose the winner.

Southern Comfort Empire Family vs. Northern Greek Family
Mama Manatakis and her two daughters are proud of their Greek heritage and the dishes that have been in the family for generations. With his wife and daughter, Larry White runs a family restaurant serving up Southern scratch-made classics learned from Larry's grandmother. Both families have a legacy to uphold as host Valerie Bertinelli challenges them to make a surf-and-turf dinner, a budget family meal and a smothered dish. Judges Jamika Pessoa, Christian Petroni and Molly Yeh decide which team gets to leave the kitchen with $10,000.
