Four families check into a treatment center run by Dr. Jenn Mann to work on problems with their loved ones.

Sister Patterson continues to be resistant to treatment. Hip Hop mogul Damon Dash and his brothers Bobby and Jeremy join the other families in healing years of fighting. Michael finally does something about Dina's alleged lies.

Families start to take sides in the Lohan war, but relations between Dina and Michael grow worse when they try to sit down with Dr. Jenn. Meanwhile, Bam continues to detox, and everyone works on the power dynamics within their families.
