Journalist and author Fareed Zakaria hosts this in-depth look at the major global developments of the week (the title's "GPS" stands for "Global Public Square"), with an emphasis on new ideas and innovative solutions to the World's toughest problems. Each episode also features Zakaria leading a panel discussion and interviewing a major world figure.
This week Fareed hosts a panel with AEI Director of Foreign and Defense Policy Studies Kori Schake and Council on Foreign Relations Fellow Gideon Rose, who are both just back from Ukraine. They discuss the state of the war, the U.S. debt ceiling crisis, and Biden's foreign policy. Then, Fareed speaks with former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, recently arrested and released on bail, for his side of the story. Finally, Pippa Norris, a professor of comparative politics at Harvard University, joins the show to discuss Turkey's recent elections and how they illustrate a rise in the success of populism globally.

The Great Food Truck Race
The Great Food Truck Race is headed to the Wild West, where host Tyler Florence welcomes seven teams of brand new food truck operators as they embark on the adventure of a lifetime. Just like the pioneers, they'll be using some of the West's most distinct ingredients in challenges that test their culinary skills. Each week, they'll race across the desert landscape to a new town where they'll face new challenges, cook incredible dishes and, as always, try to outsell the competition. The team that earns the least will have to walk away from the wagon trail, but the two teams that have the grit make it to the end will square off for the $50,000 prize.
