Joe decides to take a trip to Polyface Farms to get some tips on sustainable farming from the Kings' idol, Joel Salatin. Dan, left behind to pick up Joe's slack, questions his role on the farm and considers leaving the farm if things don't change - fast.

Will the festival be a success or will lack of profits and another hard year on the farm make for a long, cold winter?
