Unemployed actress Lauren Harris is still looking for Mr Right after splitting up with her commitment phobic boyfriend Gareth. Her sister's happy marriage and pregnancy are making her all too aware of her single status.
Forty and In-Fat-uated
Feeling uncomfortable about her fortieth birthday, Val hasn't told Carl and settles for a night in. She is surprised when Alan turns up and takes her out with her slimming friends. Val is upset when she sees Carl with a client in the restaurant.
Sweet and Sour
Alan finds out that his wife is divorcing him and he's devastated as he was hoping for reconciliation. When he thinks things can't get any worse, his daughter collapses. Alan returns to the slimming club after making a pact with his daughter.
Sticky Fingers
After being bullied over his weight Jamie took an overdose. His loneliness continues when he finds he has only his divorced parents and elderly relatives for company on his 17th birthday. Things improve when he is befriended by Craig, a car dealer.
In Full Bloom
Rebecca still lives at home with her overweight parents. Her mother has decided they should join a slimming club and Rebecca agrees. When a face from her past returns, psychological bullying rears its ugly head and Rebecca's cosy world is threatened.
Hunger Pangs
Since the birth of her son, Betty Simpson feels increasingly lonely and overweight. Having rejoined the slimming group to try and shift the pounds she is shocked when her childhood sweetheart Ian, joins her slimming group.

The Great Australian Bake Off
The Great Australian Bake Off features ten or twelve passionate home bakers competing in a grueling elimination series, crafting a mouth-watering selection of cakes, pies, tarts, pastries, bread, biscuits, and desserts, all in the hope of being crowned Australia's Best Home Baker.
In each episode, contestants are challenged with a signature bake, a technical bake, and a showstopper, with judges critiquing their creations and ultimately selecting a "Star Baker" and eliminating one contestant each week. The show tests their baking skills, creativity, and prowess under pressure.
