This episode featured six contestants competing in Las Vegas. The winner would have to bet half the $50,000 on a hand of blackjack. Stunt #1 (Fremont rope swing) Hanging high above the Fremont Street Experience were three platforms, each with two knotted ropes between them. Contestants would have to use the ropes to swing from the first platform the third platform. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Eye Jackpot) In a high-roller suite at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, contestants would have to play a Fear Factor slot machine with four logos: A cow, a sheep, a fish, and a Fear Factor logo. For each animal logo that came up, contestants would have to eat a pair eyeballs belonging to that animal. Each Fear Factor logo would add zero eyeballs to their plate. All contestants to eat their respective animal eyeballs would advance to the finals.
