Back in England, Mae is devastated to learn that George has moved on — and disastrously attempts to have a platonic friendship with her.

An awkward dinner with George's old friends becomes contentious after Mae receives a disturbing phone call, then picks a fight with Binky.

Episode 4
Mae can't wait to go on a TV show and expose a star's sexually inappropriate behavior. But George and Phil worry about how this will affect her.

Episode 5
In pain and withdrawing from the world, Mae begins doing stand-up shows from her living room. Meanwhile, George tries to carve some space for herself.

Episode 6
Mae, George and Phil fly to Toronto, where Mae plans to confront her past head-on. Once there, she faces challenges including her parents' interference.
