Stef has won two silver medals at the Paralympics and a gold in the World Championships, and she also became a model on the catwalk at London Fashion Week.Stef thought she was going to die after a boating accident as a teenager led to the lower part of one leg being amputated, but she survived and committed her life to God - a faith which is still as strong today.

Barbara also talks about how her conversion to Catholicism helped her overcome many obstacles and how faith is a key part of her life.
