A Mother's Revenge

"A Mother's Revenge" -- A young man stumbles across what seems to be a human body in the middle of a cornfield in rural Ohio. The body is so badly decomposed that only dental records can confirm who it is -- 20-year-old Andrew Dotson, whose mother had reported him missing one month earlier. Before his murder, Andrew still felt like the overweight, shy kid he'd been in high-school when he moved with his mom and stepdad to Franklin County, Ohio. It didn't matter that he could be wickedly funny when he was at ease, or that he'd lost the weight and found a devoted girlfriend. What Andrew had craved more than anything was the peer acceptance he'd never had before. For all the signs pointing to a main suspect, it would only be through the tireless efforts of Andrew's mother, Lora Eberhard, that the killer would be brought to justice. She would unearth a tale of multiple shootings, gang rivalries, contract killings, misidentified snitches, jailhouse informants and a string of ruined young lives left in the wreckage.
