Episode 2
Gillian has her heart set on a historical Falmouth house with sea views, while surfing estate agent James gets to grips with a former post office from the 1900s. As West Carclaze Garden Village prepares to open its doors with 1500 new homes, estate agent Andrew values an old mill with huge potential.

Episode 3
St Austell locals Jess and Ben get on the property ladder by restoring a derelict house. Redruth estate agent Nicola has a Grade II listed granite cottage on her books, and James visits a traditional terraced granite cottage originally built for the captain of the nearby East Pool Mine. In a small hamlet off the Lizard Peninsula, Michael values a glorious traditional stone-built Cornish cottage with business potential, and Emma takes on a luxurious new-build in Scorrier.
