Norman's Ghost
It's Halloween and everyone in Pontypandy is looking forward to the big party at the Floods' house. Norman Price gets into the Halloween spirit by pretending Pontypandy is haunted by a ghost, but then manages to set the Floods' house on fire. Firemen Sam and Cridlington, and Station Officer Steele come to the rescue.
