First Dates Beach Club - Season 1

Season 1
Episodes

Episode 1
In this first episode, the doors of First Dates Beach Club swing open for the very first time as Fréd and the team welcome a wave of singles to Spain. Charlie, an ex-bouncer with a soft side, makes an impression on Layla, a single mum of two who's ready to dive back into dating. Unlucky-in-love teacher Jessie feels a connection with Darren, but the question is whether romance will blossom, or if history will repeat itself? And as Sep nervously puts his best foot forward, he finds himself across the table from Yas, a confident car detailer.

Episode 2
The Spanish sun turns up the heat as Charlie makes a crucial decision. Jessie and Darren swap the dinner table for a fishing date. But as the lines are cast, will they be drawn closer together? Megan and Mike prepare to test the waters. Is it all smooth sailing or will they run aground before midnight? Forensics student Fin arrives with high hopes and immediately meets curly-haired dreamboat Alex.

Episode 3
Glamorous single mum Aimee - self-titled as 'brainbox Barbie' - makes her Beach Club debut, hoping to find her Ken. Does Disney prince lookalike Flynn fit the bill? And is there a twist in the tale? The first chapter for some couples draws to a close as Jessie and Darren, and Charlie and Elle, pack up their sun-kissed romances. Were they merely holiday flings, or maybe the start of something longer lasting? Support worker Joe has never had a girlfriend. His brutal honesty and pun-packed humour usually send dates running. How will veterinary nurse Emily get along with Joe's quirks and jokes?

Episode 4
At the Beach Club, Joe's optimism is rising. But can Emily finally put her doubts aside? Adjoa, an intellectual with the poise of a rom-com heroine, is paired with free-spirited Vim. Their date is a clash of worlds. She adores order, even down to her cleaning products, while he thrives on spontaneity and globe-trotting adventures. Sami turns heads as she finds herself at the centre of attention. Father-of-one Carl is drawn to her charm, while personal trainer Jacques also competes for her attention and possibly even her affections. Should Sami follow her head or her heart? And for Fin and Alex that big question in the sun arises once again: is this a holiday romance, or could it be the start of something long-lasting?

Episode 5
Joe and Emily reach a crossroads in their romance. Megan meets plumber Patrick, a man with plenty of strings to his bow. Sami weighs up her options as Jacques casts his net wide in search of a certain something. But love at the Beach Club can slip away easily, especially when faced with 25-year-old model Shanae.

Episode 6
Lauren from Newcastle begins the hunt for her 'wifey for lifey'. But when a love triangle forms, she's left wondering whether her heart is in the right place. Shanae has plenty to say about Jacques, which gives Sami food for thought. Will reflection lead to romance or retreat? Adding double the drama, Shanae's identical twin Renae makes an entrance. For some tag dating, the twins are paired with ex-veteran nurse Mike and estate agent Josh.

Episode 7
Lauren and Chelsea step out on their very first date to a wine tasting, and Sidney meets Judah, who loves to dance and has an unusual way with flirting. Father-of-two Elmo is back in the dating game, ready to find the next great love of his life. Gemma brings a lot of energy, laughter and freedom to Elmo's table.

Episode 8
Judah and Sidney's story comes full circle. Charlotte faces a turning point with George. Alina, a dentist with a dazzling smile, is searching for the full package in radio producer Luke. Albert, a hairdresser with flair, and Matt, a globetrotting flight attendant, find common ground in a shared passion for drag.
