Best friends Blake and Tony have invested their life savings into their first flip in Austin, Texas. They need this flip to be successful, but the longer it takes, the more frustrated Tony becomes with his happy-go-lucky friend. lake may have gone to school for architecture and know a thing or two about construction, but Tony needs him to work faster if they're going to pull this flip off.

Underprepared and Overwhelmed
Metehan and Annabelle are flipping a house in Demarest, NJ, while Annabelle is on maternity leave. Metehan has worked in construction, but most of his work was managerial and took place safely in an office. Annabelle may have over estimated his experience, and the couple finds themselves in potentially dangerous situations throughout their flip.

Hit the Brakes
Ernie and Megan are schoolteachers who have decided to flip a house in Vineland, New Jersey, during their summer vacation. While Megan wants to make this house the best it can possibly be, Ernie just wants to finish the flip and hopefully put some money in their pockets. With time and money running out, Ernie becomes increasingly frustrated with his wife's elaborate renovation plans and the fact that he has to do all the work.

Reckless Renovations
Tom and Mike are longtime friends who have decided to flip a two-family home together in Union, New Jersey. Mike is an experienced builder, and Tom is a real estate agent, which seems like the perfect flipping team, but Tom's recklessness on a construction site might be the thing that sabotages this flip.

Mother Knows Best
When Bobby told his mother that the real estate market in Portland, Oregon, was perfect for flipping a house, he didn't expect her to quit her job and move in with him to find her own project. Now Bobby is helping his inexperienced mother flip her first house and hoping she'll set aside her own ideas about design and listen to his voice of experience.

Late Again
Friends Paul and Chris decided to start a house flipping business together in Ocean Township, New Jersey. Paul's experience as a builder is mostly from the comfort of an office overseeing the business side, and Chris is a little more laid back. Paul wants to get this renovation completed as soon as possible, but that means zeroing in on each task while Chris moves from one project to the next.

California Flippin'
Storeowners Drew and Plinio have always wanted to flip a house, but after they start, Plinio keeps leaving the job site to check on their beloved shop, leaving Drew is on his own. These two are putting their relationship to the test and taking a huge risk by investing all their money in this house.

Flip School
After meeting in real estate school, Elsie, Derek and Serge band together to flip their first house as a team, but there may be too many cooks in the kitchen with this flip. With conflicting ideas and things like an animal infestation plaguing the renovations, this trio finds that there might not be strength in numbers. But all three have a stake in this flip and need to learn to work together if they want to make a profit.

Not So Silent Partner
Chad and April finally saved up enough money to quit their jobs and start flipping houses with the help of their silent partner, Michelle. But when Michelle shows up unannounced to throw in her two cents, April and Chad are the ones left speechless. The girls take the flip for a detour, and Chad is left wondering if he can handle all the work on his own without doing more damage to their budget, or himself.

A Family That Flips Together
When Brandon found out that his mother and stepfather were going to flip a house in Hamilton, New Jersey, he decided to go to real estate school and invest in their flip. Brandon may be the baby of the family, but he knows a lot more about what sells houses than Elsie and William. He struggles to get his parents to listen to him, which begs the question, will they be one big happy family, or will this flip be one big mess?

Roto'til Death Do Us Part
Anna and Jake are a young couple attempting to flip their first house in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Anna wants this house to be as upscale as the neighborhood, but Jake is worried that his wife's grand ideas will push them so far over budget that they'll end up losing money on the flip.

DIY or Die
Megan and Sarah run a DIY blog and workshop in Beacon, NY, but they've decided to take their projects to the next level: flipping a house! They may have an eye for design, but they have a lot to learn about construction. With the occasional injury and focus on cosmetic projects, the friends struggle to complete their renovations on time and anywhere near budget.

Her Way or the Highway
Monica and Whit put their relationship to the test as they flip their first house. Monica has worked on her own home and believes that she knows everything about construction. Her partner Whit thinks she might be making things more difficult than they need to be, but what Monica wants, Monica gets.

Waterfront Worry
Matt and Amy didn't plan to go overboard on their waterfront flip in Brick, New Jersey. But after they start demolition, Matt finds more and more things to change, putting them over budget and overwhelmed by the work. The couple hopes the parts they manage to finish are enough to convince buyers that this is their dream home.
