Episode 2

Trevor Fishlock finds that there is much to fascinate in the Llynfi Valley, in South Wales.
After hearing the story of the birth of the town of Maesteg, Trevor learns about the town's Italian community and is told a true tale of wartime tragedy.
Leaving Maesteg, he heads into the countryside to hear of a king who fled for his life and of highway robbers who risked all for a wages' snatch.
And he finds the valley is haunted by the mournful call of an 18th Century love song.
