Exorbitant price tags and the world's rarest delicacies abound as the chefs compete to appeal to the Langham hotel's millionaire clientele. Those who fail to impress undertake a second challenge in a fight for survival. To prove their business acumen, they must devise a £30 lunch menu and run a busy Langham lunch service. Tension overflows in the kitchen and the chef who brings in the least profit is eliminated. Michel Roux Jr, Ravneet Gill and Mike Reid judge their efforts.
