In the premiere episode, Dave and Jenny will meet up with their longtime friends, Pierre and Rebecca, who are investing their life savings to renovate the timeworn villa into a charming vacation rental for tourists. As demolition gets underway, the Marrs run into a slew of challenges including a sudden snowstorm, permit delays and building restrictions.

Stone House Surprises
After two months have passed, Dave and Jenny are back in Italy to check on the progress of the villa; with new construction challenges unfolding on the stone structure, they now begin to worry that the villa will not be completed for a July deadline.

On a Mission
After multiple setbacks, Dave and Jenny take a last minute trip to get the renovation back on track in Italy; they face important design decisions when they arrive, and need to come up with creative solutions to an ever-expanding budget.

Marrs Family Take Tuscany
With summer upon them, Dave and Jenny take their five kids on a trip to Italy so they can make major progress at the villa. The Marrs juggle family-life and work-life in another country as the kids get to see some amazing, historic and beautiful sites.

Old Ways Make New Problems
The Marrs take on exterior projects after they discover that construction shuts down in Italy during the summer; Dave learns to adopt Italian construction methods while Jenny explores Italy for historic design elements for the villa.

As opening day nears, Dave and Jenny go the extra mile to take on special projects to complete their friend's centuries-old Italian villa. As this high-stakes investment becomes a reality, homeowners count the days to see their final Italian masterpiece!
