Flippers DeRon Jenkins and Page Turner want to transform a rundown north Nashville cottage into a cozy, modern farmhouse. Their plans hit a snag, however, when hidden damage to the subfloor threatens to sink the entire project.

Termite Terrace
DeRon buys a modern, North Nashville cottage without consulting Page, hoping it will be an easy, cosmetic flip. However, things get tricky when they discover an infestation of six-legged pests that are quite literally eating them out of house and home.

The Dragon in the Basement
DeRon Jenkins and Page Turner rehab a brick ranch-style house in the tranquil Nashville suburb of Whispering Hills, Tennessee. When unexpected costs start to mount, however, they attempt to add value by remodeling the home's bizarre basement.

The Riddle of the Bonus Room
DeRon and Page have to do some creative problem solving while trying to add square footage to a modern home in the suburban neighborhood of Franklin.

The Abandoned Rehab
DeRon and Page set out to breathe new life into an unfinished renovation and discover that a house with no walls can still have hidden problems.

Flippers Page Turner and DeRon Jenkins uncover layer after layer of hidden problems as they tackle a 100-year-old house with multiple additions. They pull out all the stops to make sense of the mismatched elements and bring the house back to life.

Raise the Roof
DeRon Jenkins and Page Turner see big potential beneath the confusing floor plan of an East Nashville home, but a minor roof repair reveals hidden problems. With DeRon out of town, Page steps up to manage the crisis before he returns.

Basement or Bust
Page Turner and DeRon Jenkins take on a neglected brick ranch house in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Woodbine. For the flip to work, however, they have to transform a bug-infested basement into a bright, modern living space.

The Renovation Shuffle
To make sense of a Southern-style cottage with a bizarre floor plan, Page Turner and DeRon Jenkins must relocate every room. They hope to add square footage and value by turning a cramped loft into a spacious bonus room.

Colonial Critters
The market forces Page and DeRon to move outside their comfort zone and purchase an abandoned Colonial farmhouse in Smyrna, Tennessee. The house has good bones, but it has suffered serious damage at the paws of the previous residents: a colony of unruly raccoons.

Hickory Dickory Dump
Page Turner and DeRon Jenkins pick up a two-bedroom bungalow in the historic Old Hickory neighborhood. Once they find the bizarre homemade furniture and carpet of cat hair inside, the flipping duo has to pull out all the stops in order to turn this stinker into a Music City star.

There's No Crying in House Flipping
When demo reveals fire damage, foundation problems and shoddy repairs, a century-old East Nashville duplex becomes the most challenging flip of Page Turner and DeRon Jenkins' career. They must decide whether to gut the house and rebuild or cut their losses and walk away.
