Episodes

From Bank Owned to Industrial Vegas Glam
Aubrey and Bristol head back to the neighborhood where they flipped their first property together to check out a bank-owned, three-bedroom, four-bath home. Even with a challenging layout, Aubrey is confident she can turn the negative into a positive. After touring the property, they agree they can flip this neglected home into three floors of industrial glam that will be perfect for a young Vegas buyer looking to impress.

From 1960s Clunker to Modern Vegas Farmhouse
When a long-abandoned house Aubrey has been watching for years finally gets put up for sale, she and Bristol jump on this rundown 1960s home. Listed for $290,000 with comps in the area running around $450,000, she believes this four-bed, four-bath property has tons of potential. They take the structure down to the studs before flipping it into a modern farmhouse with all sorts of Vegas glam touches.

That Sinking Feeling
Aubrey gets a tip on a private sale for an outdated 1977 home in the family-friendly Las Vegas community of Spring Valley. She decides to give the home an updated retro design by filling in the sunken living room, tripling the size of the kitchen, converting the dining room into an office and using bright, bold colors on the fireplace and doors.

Dog Pound to Showstopper
Aubrey and Bristol get a lead on a home in the family-friendly suburb of Henderson that's too good of a deal to pass up. However, they barely make it through the front door before being overwhelmed by the smell of dog urine, which will require every wall to be mitigated. Then, Aubrey goes all out with a Vegas-glam design that includes marble floors and an open floor plan.

Black-and-White Turnaround
Aubrey and Bristol score a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a rundown exterior, dated floor plan and cave-like kitchen. They give the house a modern makeover with a black-and-white color scheme and open floor plan that liberates the kitchen and makes it the heart of the home. They also come up with a clever plan to solve a laundry room dilemma and spruce up the dead grass on the front lawn.

Condo on the Vegas Strip
Aubrey and Bristol purchase a small, rundown condo on the Vegas Strip for $117,000. Comps in the area are running around $150,000, so the couple knows they'll have to stick to a tight budget to make this one pay off.

Short Sale Home Gets High-End Flip
Aubrey and Bristol buy a house, site unseen, for $250,000 in west Vegas; the ranch-style home is in an upscale neighborhood with comps around $400,000, but the dull and dated property will need a high-end overhaul to turn a profit.

Rustic Cabin Dream Home
Bristol and Aubrey tackle a home in an older Las Vegas, NV, neighborhood that's full of '90s features. However, a pine tree in the front yard and the living room's floor-to-ceiling fireplace remind Bristol of growing up in the Pacific Northwest, giving him a bold idea for the design theme.

Beat Up Townhouse
Aubrey and Bristol waste no time snatching up a townhouse in a hot neighborhood, but they quickly realize why they got it at a bargain price. They work to turn someone else's abandoned renovation into a glamorous home with custom features like a floating staircase and a living room balcony.

A Historic Mess
Aubrey gets a lead on a property with an enticing list price in Boulder City, Nev.; Aubrey and Bristol choose a cottage theme for the 700-square-foot 1940s home that will turn this once sad and neglected home into a modern, sunny charmer.

1980s Golf Club Home
When a homeowner that lives out of the country wants to get a house off his hands, Aubrey and Bristol jump at the chance to buy and transform the home in an exclusive golf club community. The house hasn't been updated since the 1980s, so Aubrey gives it modern, farmhouse touches with a fireplace makeover and an open floor plan.

Urban Art Condo
Aubrey and Bristol renovate a downtown condo to show that there's more to downtown Las Vegas, NV, than the strip. Aubrey chooses neutrals throughout the house and saves her big pop of color for the bedroom by hiring a muralist to do an installation. However, the artist only agrees to work on the project for one day, meaning Aubrey and Bristol must accept whatever he creates in that time frame.
