Tarek and Christina come across an intriguing short sale listing in the desirable neighborhood of Torrance. The exterior is in good shape and the comparable properties indicate the house could be a good value; but once they tour the home it becomes immediately clear that a lot of work and a lot of money will be required to update this 1927 home. Convinced that there's a profit to be made here despite the numerous challenges, Tarek and Christina punch their dance card and purchase the property.
