Episodes

A First Time for Everything
In the premiere episode, Tarek will meet first-time flipper Dan, who is determined to learn the business from the ground up. He'll purchase a four bedroom, three bath property in La Mirada, California, and plan to run the renovation all on his own. Before demo even begins, Tarek will realize that the home only has three bedrooms. On top of that, Dan will underestimate the entire budget, and the workers at his property will test his authority due to his young age. To get Dan on track, Tarek will rely on his decade of flipping experience to guide this rookie to a big payday in one of the shakiest real estate markets in recent history.

The Addition Decision
After overpaying for their latest property, a flipping couple doesn't know if building an addition would be worth the extra expense; having dealt with this duo before, Tarek needs to keep them on track or this flip could sink their family business.

Small Budget, Big Lessons
Two friends decide to buy a house together unseen and discover major foundation issues, then things become tense as they scramble to find additional funds; Tarek steps in to assist and make sure their friendship survives this tricky first flip.
