Bakersfield
Fluffy and the gang head to Bakersfield, CA, where they bask in the glory of traditional Basque food and wine. To break even, they train with an Olympic-style wrestling team and hit the mats in a winner-takes-all match against some scary opponents.

San Francisco
Fluffy and friends go to San Francisco, where they learn to make the world's best pizza at the award-winning Tony's Pizzeria in Little Italy. To break even, they endure a grueling crossfit workout designed by the nephew of fitness guru Jack LaLanne.

Los Angeles
Fluffy and company rub elbows with celebs in Hollywood, eating a modern Mexican feast at the new restaurant owned by "Machete" himself, Trejo's Tacos. Afterwards, they break even with a high-tech workout at celebrity gym Unbreakable.

San Antonio
Fluffy and friends head to San Antonio, Texas, where Rick gives the guys a tour of his hometown's best nachos and BBQ. Afterwards, they get pumped with a weightlifting workout courtesy of superstar bodybuilder Simeon Panda.

Miami
Fluffy and the gang explore the food, coffee and mojitos of Miami's Little Havana. Afterwards, they get into the ring with boxing legend Roy Jones Jr. for a grueling workout.

Charlotte
Fluffy and company head to Charlotte, North Carolina, where coach Ron Rivera introduces them to the unholy love-child of burgers and sushi at Cowfish, and then puts them through a football workout and scrimmage on the gridiron.

Daytona
Fluffy and the guys head to the Daytona 500, where they take in the sights, sounds and flavors of NASCAR tailgating. Afterwards, they join the Joe Gibbs Racing Team for a brutal pit crew workout.

Black Doves

The Institute
