Prepare for Take-off
Five Virgin America flight attendants open the curtain on their lives - both in the air and on the ground. Louise and Mandy are invited to a party by an IFB ("in-flight boyfriend") they meet while working a flight, while Tasha and Farrah prepare their crash pad for their controversial new roommate, Nikole. The girls then fly to Ft. Lauderdale for an inauguration party filled with scandal.

Turbulent Relationships
Mandy and Louise make a last-minute trip to New York to visit a guy Mandy hopes will become more than a friend, though she isn't sure she can deal with his rock-star lifestyle. Tasha and Nikole attempt to put their differences aside when they work a Virgin America charity event together. Farrah begins to question whether or not being a flight attendant is enough for her anymore.

Rocking the Boat
Nikole makes a quick trip to San Francisco to see her boyfriend John but the trip doesn't go as planned when he gives her an ultimatum. Mandy invites the girls to a yacht party in San Diego where she and Nikole attempt to settle their differences. Louise's sister, Yung, is in town for the weekend and instantly begins to voice her opinion of Louise's career as a flight attendant. Tasha spends the weekend in Sacramento with her son.

Destination: Sin City
The girls surprise Tasha with a weekend trip to Las Vegas for her birthday, but she has some surprises of her own. During dinner Nikole reveals a surprising story about her experience with Viagra and later the ladies hit up Vegas hot spots where Nikole gets up close and personal with a DJ. Farrah interviews with Virgin America for a possible corporate position to further her career in the business.

Cabin Pressure
Tasha, Louise and Nikole spend an evening at a club dancing to a performance by Snoop Dogg. Tasha has a disagreement with a passenger onboard a flight and accuses Farrah of reporting her to management. Mandy heads back to New York to try to patch things up with her friend, Avir, and is shocked when he asks her to relocate for him. Nikole reveals a secret about her mother and decides she has to change her ways before it's too late.

High Expectations
Louise is confronted by her family about her career and party lifestyle, which affects her performance in the air. Mandy lends an ear as Louise reveals that she is not living up to her family's expectations. Tasha and her son, Taevon, spend the day together before she returns to work. Nikole confides in Farrah about her relationship with Jon and later admits to kissing another guy while in Vegas.

The Third Wheel
Mandy, Tasha and Louise enjoy a layover in Miami Beach but before leaving the airport, they make a quick stop in the bathroom to get into more comfortable clothing. Mandy makes a connection with a guy but Louise steals her thunder, and Tasha gets defensive when a guy lays on his charm a little too thick. Back in LA, Nikole's boyfriend, Jon, moves into the house while he looks for a new place but his living habits are too much for Farrah, who just received disappointing news about her future.

Unexpected Departures
Louise lies to Mandy about spending a weekend with Chris in Mammoth, putting their friendship in jeopardy. Tasha and Mandy audition to be models in a Virgin America ad campaign, while Farrah informs the girls that she needs to move on with her life. Nikole receives and in-flight proposition she can't refuse.
