Nieu Bethesda
Brett visits a renaissance man in the town of Nieu-Bethesda, who runs a distillery and a deli. He also adds to his tattoo collection.

George
In the conservative coastal town of George, Brett meets an enterprising chef, samples hand-made wine, and meets a bold, progressive tattoo artist.

Knysna
In the laid-back town of Knysna, Brett samples the local fish, visits a pioneer of craft beer, and meets a tattoo artist who personifies the town.

Garden Route
Along South Africa's beautiful Garden Route, Brett samples sublime chocolate creations and imbibes exquisite liquors. He also meets a tattoo purist.

Back in Cape Town, Brett is introduced to cheese made from buffalo milk, delicious wine, and a black-and-grey tattoo artist.
