Plus some spunky upstarts like iconoclast Gabrielle Hamilton's personal menu at Prune and a VIP ticket to a hot Supper Club with Tamara Reynolds. We'll even check out Anfora Wine bar and Frenchman Michel Richard's fine dining experience at Citronelle.
