Four first responder bladesmiths are called into the forge to honor those who run toward danger while others run away. Tasked with forging tactical knives out of rescue tools, the smiths battle both the heat and the clock. Ultimately two smiths persevere and return home to recreate one of the most important tools in a firefighter's arsenal: the Halligan Bar. Which smith's Halligan will save the day, winning them $10,000 and the title of Forged in Fire Champion'

DCI Carl Morck is a brilliant cop but a terrible colleague. His razor-sharp sarcasm has made him no friends in Edinburgh police.
