Shelley and Linda from The Five Bells want to question why their feedback for breakfast doesn't add up. Next, it's the Thomas Paine Hotel, and Gez wants to find out why Shelley and Linda scored him so low. Chris and Sarah from The Rose and Crown want to question Gez, and Steve and Lesley from Woodlands Guest House try to get to the naked truth.
