I.O.U.

Frank is strongly urged to sell The Chez to Pokey LaCarre in order to resolve an outstanding debt of Ennis Parrish, Frank's father and the previous owner of the establishment. Pokey LaCarre stops by to see Frank, hoping to settle some IOUs related to a gambling debt left unpaid by Frank's late father, as it's customary in New Orleans for children to settle their parents' debts. The situation becomes more complicated when yet another IOU is sent to Miss Bertha Griffin.
