While doing volunteer work at an orphanage, men who look like gangsters cause a scene, demanding that Head Yoon, the leader of the civil police unit, sell the land on which the orphanage is built. A few days later, while working at her store alone, Head Yoon gets ambushed, critically hurting her head.
