From party favourites like millionaire shortbread loved by every generation, to homemade chicken goujons, made with good-quality meat so you know the children are getting some proper nutrition.
With a family of her own, Mairi has thrown a few parties in her time and she will be in her kitchen in North Uist with her little helper Ruairidh making chocolate chip cookies for him and his friends. She will be preparing something for the adults too. Her parmesan cheese twists are quick to make and sure to impress your party guests.
