Sonja (Alexandra Rapaport) is living a rather carefree life together with her loving family. Her husband Fredriks marijuana operation is a silver lining for the family economy, but everything falls apart and Sonja's forced to play a dangerous game with both the organized crime and the police in order to protect her children. She can no longer be sure about who her friends are and who she can trust.
