The sixth series of Geordie Shore, a British television programme based in Newcastle upon Tyne, began airing on 9 July 2013. Filming began for this series in April 2013 and concluded in May. This is the only series to be filmed in Australia and saw the return of former cast member Jay Gardner who had originally appeared in the show from series 1–3.The series began with the most viewed episode ever attracting 1,108,000, but was then beaten by the second episode with 1,133,000 viewers in total, however both figures were beaten later in the show's future, by many of the series 8 figures.

They're back and this time the Geordies are heading down under and deep into the Bush! Sydney may be over 10,000 miles from Newcastle but nothing is going to stop the tashin' and partying and everything in between. Holly and James still haven't put their differences behind them and are a war zone waiting to happen, Gary and Scott are on a mission to pull every girl in Sydney, Vicky is newly single and is looking to leave Ricci firmly in the past, and Sophie's stuck in the middle as Charlotte's nowhere to be seen! The group are in high spirits as a surprise visit from Jay means a few days of non-stop partying. Gaz and Scotty avoid the punishment handed out to James and discover what’s really in the Australian bush. With the house to themselves Charlotte struggles, Sophie provides an intriguing revelation, Vicky tashes on and Holly gets up close and personal with the one and only Scotty T.

Charlotte returns from the Bush a new woman. The housemates lay down the law for Scotty; slapping him with a drinking ban in the hope that he will stop smashing up the house. But with an upcoming house party and his birthday to celebrate, can he hold it together? Meanwhile, Fit Dan turns up to the house party and Vicky is not going to waste this opportunity. Holly gets cock fright, Sophie's perfect relationship reveals a crack and Charlotte and Gary experience the ultimate test.

The Geordie Shore house is descending into chaos causing Sheep Steve to take drastic action. Charlotte turns psycho and wrecks the house whilst Holly strongly voices her opinion on Scotty T's latest conquest as the girls turn on him. With Sheep Steve having three housemates removed from the house, Scotty and Holly get much closer than Scotty thought they would as they head deep into the bush… And this time it's Vicky who gets it in the neck for her naughty behavior.

Vicky and Fit Dan have a never ending date, Scotty sets out to find some company and an indiscretion from Gary sees him joining James in the Prison Hotel. And will Charlotte get closure once and for all?
