Up-and-coming singer Tammy Wynette gets a big break when she's asked to open for her idol, country legend George Jones. The two have an immediate romantic connection and undeniable musical chemistry, but their would-be pairing faces a major obstacle: Tammy's husband Don Chapel.

Stand by Your Man
Running away together turns out to be more difficult than George and Tammy imagined, with Tammy's past threatening to derail their hopes for marriage, and with George's past standing in the way of their future as a recording duo.

We're Gonna Hold On
The President and First Lady of Country Music are on top of the world: hit after hit, award after award, and a new baby to boot. However, when a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity presents itself in Las Vegas, Tammy is forced to question whether George can handle the pressures of superstardom.

The Grand Tour
The only Christmas present Tammy wants is George's sobriety. When he cannot deliver, their relationship hits a crisis point, forcing Tammy to make a drastic threat. When George calls her bluff, however, the two legends find themselves singing much sadder songs.

Two Story House
Post-divorce, Tammy finds herself at the top of the charts, while George finds himself at the bottom of a glass. By pouring his sorrow into song, however, George finds career resurrection, just in time for Tammy to orchestrate a reunion tour… and make a major decision that will change her life, as well as everybody else's.

After a brain injury erases the last eight years of her life, Amy must navigate an unfamiliar world where she has no recollection of patients she's treated, colleagues she's crossed, the soulmate she divorced, the man she now loves and the tragedy that caused her to push everyone away. She can rely only on her estranged 17-year-old daughter, whom she remembers as a 9-year-old, and a handful of devoted friends, as she struggles to continue practicing medicine, despite having lost nearly a decade of knowledge and experience.
