She's making sausage forward Spaghetti and Juicy Lucy Meatballs, Charred Broccolini on creamy Homemade Ricotta, and a lively, bright Marinated Bean Salad. For dessert, there are buttery Italian Bakery Cookies sandwiched with raspberry jam and dipped in chocolate with sprinkles.
Let's Get Cozy!
Winter is coming on the farm, and Molly Yeh is making hearty foods to keep her family warm. The cozy menu includes comforting Chicken and Dumpling Soup with decadent No Knead Salami Bread and zippy Citrus and Greens Salad with Wonton Croutons and Chinese hot honey mustard dressing. Lunar New Year
It's Lunar New Year on the farm, and Molly Yeh is celebrating with epic entertainment and a fabulous Chinese-inspired feast. She's making saucy Orange Chicken, peanut-buttery pork Dan Dan Noodles with tender bok choy, and golden Lucky Baloney Egg Rolls. Plus, there are sweet Sprinkly Almond Cookies, which are sure to bring in buckets full of good fortune!
Hawk-ey Party
Molly Yeh is having a hockey party for the love of the food! She makes Mexican-inspired favorites for everyone to indulge, including meaty Al Pastor Taco Salad with Spicy Salsa Verde Ranch, sweet but smoky Charred Corn 7-Layer Dip and Cheese-Crusted Fajita Veggie Quesadillas. For dessert, Sparkly Strawberry Churros add a bit of extra fun to the sports.
Molly's Farm-y Valentine
For Valentine's Day on the farm, Molly Yeh and husband Nick are celebrating with chocolate and meat. Molly makes succulent Rosemary Rib Roast with Creamy Gremolata, Brussels Sprout Risotto with Lemony White Beans and, for dessert, Chocolate Tahini Fudge Cake dolloped with fresh whipped cream and halva. Birthday Bagel Brunch
Molly Yeh is celebrating her birthday with a big bagel brunch, in all forms! The feast includes her indulgent Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagels, irresistible Smoked Whitefish Dip with crispy Bagel Chips and fruity Chocolate Strawberry Halva Smoothies to wash the bagels down. For dessert, a fluffy Pistachio Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and Donut Bagels is unbelievable birthday fun!
Spring Passover Shenanigans
Molly Yeh is celebrating Passover with heaps of delicious food and spring shenanigans! For breakfast, she makes sweet cinnamon sugar Mixed Berry Matzo Brei. Then, for dinner, it's hearty Brisket Hotdish covered with crispy, smiling potatoes and schmaltzy Popover Salad drizzled with Honey Poppyseed Dressing.
