Meet in the Middle
Molly Yeh makes her favorite Middle Eastern dishes with a Midwestern touch. She prepares her fried Squash Falafel with a spicy Chipotle Ranch drizzled on top, super hearty and Meaty Twice Baked Potatoes with spicy harissa ketchup and her take on Basbousa, a nutty and sweet semolina cake cloaked in tart Cherry Compote for dessert. Molly Yeh hosts brunch for Bernie's library play group to foster eating and reading well! She entices their taste buds with a crispy and salty Ham Frit-tot-ta, Sausage Breakfast Pals -- juicy pork and cheese sandwiches -- on homemade Hawaiian buns, and Spinach "Cookies." Then for a sweet bite, she piles up Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Pancakes with fluffy Whipped Cream.

Fancy Farm Dinner Party
Molly Yeh's throwing a fancy dinner on the farm with the best moms she knows! It's wheat harvest time, and Molly Yeh is making a totally tasty wheat truck lunch for two!
