Sam has checked out from reality and escaped into comic book and video game fantasies because she's afraid of failing as an adult. Tanisha, Tracy, Tiffiny and Nikki will each attempt to convince Sam to start living like a real adult and leave the role-playing behind.

The Sisterhood intervenes on Cortney, a working mom whose desire for total control has caused her to lose her sense of individuality. In every aspect of her life, Cortney wears a uniform--even when she's at home being mom. Tanisha, Tracy, Tiffiny and Nikki try to get her to cut loose a bit so she can start enjoying life more, instead of always trying to control it.

Danielle, Wrong Kind of Role Model
The Sisterhood intervenes on Danelle, a woman who lost her eyesight and ability to see the kind of role model she needs to be for her daughter. Danelle's been shopping at the same stores as her teen daughter and sending the wrong message to the world. The Sisterhood intervenes on Deidre, a busy mom who retreats to the guilty pleasure of senseless Internet shopping that complicates her life and keeps her from finding happiness. Tanisha, Tracy, Tiffiny and Nikki attempt to re-socialize Deidre and discover the simple pleasures of life that provide happiness for free.

Valerie, Thinner Isn't Happier
The Sisterhood intervenes on Valerie, an aspiring wedding planner whose own nuptials are in jeopardy because she doesn't know how to love herself. Tanisha, Tracy, Tiffiny and Nikki scramble to teach Valerie how to love herself, before she ties the knot and puts her new marriage at risk.
