Giuliana and Bill - Season 5

In the season premiere of "Giuliana and Bill," the Rancics are in for the shock of their lives when a precautionary mammogram reveals Giuliana is in the early stages of breast cancer, but unfortunately for the pair, it has to be business as usual because of pre-planned engagements.

Unfortunately for Giuliana and Bill, surgery wasn't the finish line for Giuliana's cancer scare, and the Rancics are forced to wait around until the pathology results are in. Until that time, Giuliana struggles to feel comfortable at work because so many of her coworkers are treating her differently out of concern for her health.

After much research and discussion with her oncology doctor, Giuliana comes to a major decision concerning her breast cancer treatment and decides to go public with the huge news.

Mother's day is around the corner and Giuliana is dropping hints to Bill about the special day.

After little to no rest following her double mastectomy, Giuliana returns to work during the heart.

After experiencing a successful ultrasound appointment with their doctor and gestational carrier, Giuliana and Bill are ready to put down roots to raise a family which begins with buying a home.

Bill returns to Haiti to build a house for a family affected by the 2010 hurricane, but he finds himself on an almost impossible deadline, he and his team have only forty-eight hours to build a house from the ground up!

The day has finally come for Giuliana and Bill's big restaurant opening in Chicago! Amidst the hustle and bustle of getting everything in order, Giuliana's main concern centers around her official "Fashion Police" duties as she takes on the responsibility of picking the outfits for RPM Italian's hosts and servers.

Giuliana and Bill are on pins and needles as they await news of the "safe zone," also known as the twelve-week, second trimester mark when they can finally announce their baby news to the world. To take G's mind off everything, Bill starts secretly planning a weekend getaway in Cabo.

As Giuliana and Bill wait for the green light to share their baby news, G checks in with her cancer doctor to see if she has a clean bill of health after her double mastectomy. Because of her rare form of breast cancer, she's worried that she'll have to undergo chemotherapy or radiation.

There's not much time left before Giuliana and Bill are welcoming a third Rancic into the family!

Guiliana and Bill decide to reveal the sex of their baby to everyone at the baby shower.

Although insanely difficult, Giuliana and Bill have been keeping the gender of their baby a secret from all of their friends and family--but they're finally ready to reveal the sex at their baby shower!

As the baby's arrival date gets closer, Giuliana worries that once she becomes a mom she will lose her sexiness or what she calls "Momjo."

When Giuliana finds out that she'll be off to London to cover the 2012 Olympic Games for "E! News", she dreams up the perfect idea to interview British nannies while she's overseas.

The Rancics enjoy what little time they have left before their baby's arrival. Giuliana tapes her last episode of "E! News" before going on maternity leave, while Bill powers through several speaking engagements.

He's coming! When their gestational surrogate starts having contractions, the Rancics drop everything on their babymoon in Vail, Colorado and rush to Denver before the little guy is born!

Giuliana and Bill prepare for baby Duke's first photo shoot and adjust to life as new parents--which includes introducing him to all of their family and friends.

The moment Giuliana has been dreading is finally here. After spending every moment with Baby Edward Duke since his birth, Giuliana must leave Duke and Bill to return to work for a few days.

As their paternity leave in Chicago comes to an end, Giuliana and Bill agree to baptize Duke before their life returns to its crazy, hectic pace. But what they can't agree on is what the little guy will wear!
